TrackYourVial is a tracking tool for adults 21 and over. It is intended solely for cataloging and managing research-grade compounds. Nothing tracked in this app is intended for human consumption, diagnosis, treatment, or any medical use. You are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws governing research compounds in your jurisdiction.

Your account is protected by encryption in transit and at rest, and every record is isolated with row-level security — only you can read or modify your own inventory, sales, and notes. TrackYourVial does not access, read, or share your data.

Because your data is private and encrypted, it cannot be recovered by us or anyone else. If you delete entries, clear your inventory, or lose access to your account, that data is gone permanently. You can export a copy anytime from the Reporting section, and you should safeguard your login credentials.

When you register, your email address is stored so we can provide your account. If you sign in with Google or another single sign-on provider, your password and credentials are handled entirely by that provider — we never see, store, or have access to your password. The inventory, sales, customer, and expense records you enter are stored in the app and are isolated to your account; we do not have access to your records. Standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) are generated automatically by our hosting infrastructure for security purposes. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

We use your email to create and authenticate your account and to send low-stock alert notifications you have explicitly enabled. Your inventory and sales records are used solely to provide the tracking features of the app and are never accessed by us. We do not use your data for advertising or marketing purposes.

TrackYourVial is built on the Base44 platform (base44.com), which provides hosting, authentication, and database infrastructure. Your data is stored on Base44 servers and is isolated to your account — we cannot read your inventory, sales, or customer records. Payments for Pro access are processed via on-chain crypto transactions; we do not store payment card data. We do not integrate with any advertising networks, analytics platforms, or data brokers.

TrackYourVial uses browser localStorage only for minor UI preferences (such as menu order) and your session. Your inventory, sales, and records are stored securely on our servers with row-level security — not in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. You can clear localStorage at any time in your browser settings.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us via the Contact page. Because your data is encrypted and isolated, deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. If you are in the EU or California, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will note the last-updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of TrackYourVial after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
