Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using TrackYourVial, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age to use TrackYourVial. By using the app you confirm you meet this age requirement.
Research Use Only
TrackYourVial is an inventory tracking tool intended solely for cataloging research-grade compounds. Nothing tracked or stored in this app is intended for human consumption, diagnosis, treatment, or any medical use. You are responsible for complying with all laws governing research compounds in your jurisdiction.
Your Account & Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately through the Contact page if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your Data
Your records are private and encrypted, and isolated with row-level security — only you can access them. Because your data is private and encrypted, it cannot be recovered by us or anyone else if deleted or lost. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups (export from the Reporting page).
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse TrackYourVial, including attempting to access another user's data, interfering with the service, reverse-engineering the app, or using it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Free and Pro Access
Core inventory tracking is free. Pro access ($19.00, one-time lifetime unlock) adds COA storage and compliance reports, full sales/P&L and cost-analysis reports, overhead tracking, advanced analytics, and combined exports. Pro is a license to use these features and is non-transferable.
Payments
Pro is a single one-time payment of $19.00 for lifetime access. Because Pro unlocks instantly and is non-revocable, all Pro purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law.
Disclaimer of Warranties
TrackYourVial is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrackYourVial and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from the use of or inability to use the app.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of TrackYourVial after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
