What is TrackYourVial?
TrackYourVial is a secure inventory ledger for research-grade peptides. Log kits and single vials, track batches, cap colors, vendors, and COAs, watch your cost-of-goods and profit, and get low-stock alerts before a batch runs out.
Is my data private?
Yes. Every record is isolated with row-level security and encrypted in transit and at rest. Only you can read or modify your inventory, sales, and notes — TrackYourVial has zero access to your data.
Can you recover my data if I delete it?
No. Because your data is private and encrypted, deleted or lost data is gone permanently. Use the Reporting page to export your inventory, sales, and reports as PDF or CSV anytime so you always have your own copy.
What can I track?
Kits and single vials — batch number, cap color, vendor, mg size, COA, unit price, and research notes. P&L updates automatically when you log sales, and you can attach customer details to each deduction.
What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Free covers unlimited vial and kit tracking, sale logging, low-stock and aging alerts, the customizable overview dashboard, basic reports, an Inventory Health score, and Telegram order sharing with tracking links. Pro (a one-time $19 lifetime unlock) adds COA storage and compliance reports, full sales/P&L and cost-analysis reports, overhead expense tracking, advanced analytics, branded PDF receipts, a profit goal tracker, and 'export everything' as a single combined PDF or CSV.
Can I connect ChatGPT or Claude to my inventory?
Yes — Pro users can connect AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude, and Cursor to their TrackYourVial account. Once connected, you can ask questions about your inventory, log vials and sales, and pull reports in plain language, all through your AI assistant. Your data stays private — row-level security means the assistant only ever sees your own records.
Can I send order updates to my customers?
Yes. From any sale in a customer's history, tap 'Send via Telegram' to open Telegram with a ready-to-send order summary — including a clickable tracking link for UPS, USPS, DHL, or FedEx shipments. We save the customer's Telegram handle so future sends are one tap.
How do low-stock alerts work?
Open Settings, enable low-stock alerts, and set a threshold (vials remaining). When any peptide drops to or below that threshold you'll be notified. Push notifications can be enabled in your browser settings.
Is this for human consumption?
No. TrackYourVial is a research inventory tool for adults 21 and over. Nothing here is intended for human consumption, diagnosis, or treatment. See the Disclaimer for full details.
How do I back up my data?
There is no automatic cloud backup you can restore from. Export a copy of your inventory, sales, and reports as PDF or CSV from the Reporting page whenever you want your own backup.
Can I use TrackYourVial on multiple devices?
Yes. Your data is tied to your account and hosted securely, so signing in from any device gives you access to the same ledger.
How does the referral program work?
Open 'Refer & earn' in your profile menu to get your unique referral link. Share it anywhere. When someone signs up through your link and later upgrades to Pro, you earn a 30% commission on that sale. Your link is tied to your account, so attribution works even if the person doesn't sign up right away.
How much do I earn per referral?
You earn 30% of the Pro purchase price. Since Pro is a one-time $19 lifetime unlock, that's $5.70 per converted referral. There's no cap — refer as many people as you like.
How do I get paid my referral commission?
Commissions are paid in USDC on the Solana network. Before your first payout, add your Solana wallet address in the 'Payout wallet' section of your referral panel. When a referral converts to Pro, the commission shows as pending. We process payouts and send the USDC directly to your saved wallet, then email you a receipt with the transaction hash so you can verify it on Solscan.
What if I enter the wrong wallet address?
Double-check your address before saving. Crypto transactions are irreversible — if you enter the wrong address, funds cannot be recovered and will not be resent. Use a Solana wallet you control, such as Phantom or Exodus.
